Since its inception in 2020 and official naming in 2024, Team Strong has mobilized the power of social media and community solidarity to support over 100 beneficiaries across Kenya. Our work spans medical emergencies, disability support, children's outreach, housing, and blood donation drives.

- Medical Fundraising: Millions of shillings raised for cancer patients, accident victims, liver complications, cornea replacements, and more.
- Assistive Devices: Wheelchairs secured for multiple individuals living with disabilities across Nandi, Soy, Ainabkoi, and other counties.
- Blood Donation: 150 units of blood collected in a single drive — enough to save numerous lives.
- Children's Outreach: Visits to Kipsaina and Kaptagat Children's Homes with food and clothing.
- Housing: New homes constructed in partnership with the Better Homes Initiative for vulnerable individuals and families.
- Education: Support for students unable to afford basic needs.
- Prison Outreach: Food donations to Tambach Prison.
